Chamakh’s Agent Rules Out The Striker Leaving Arsenal In January

by on December 13, 2011

Arsenal striker Marouane Chamakh recently spoke about his future at the North London club whilst he was on TF1. Saying he has got a big decision to make next summer about his future and if he goes back to France it will be to his former club Bordeaux. The Moroccan international did rule out leaving Arsenal in January and will be going to the African Cup of Nations next month.

Chamakh’s agent Pierre Frelotz told French newspaper Sud-Ouest.

“His short-term goal is the African Cup of Nations with Morocco, and then to finish the season at Arsenal,”

“Then there will be an important choice to make, but he does not intend to return to France.”

Meaning it’s unlikely Chamakh will leave Arsenal in January and ruled out the striker going back to France as well.
