Arsenal Send Scouts To Watch Podolski Play Against Munich
Arsenal will have scouts in Germany tomorrow to watch Lukas Podolski play against his former club Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena. This is according to the Daily Mail who claim Arsenal are weighing up a £15 million move for the Cologne striker in January. Podolski has been in great goal scoring form for his club this season scoring fourteen goals in seventeen games in all competitions.
Arsenal have scouted Podolski already this season, the German striker only has a year and half left on his current contract with FC Köln. Podolski has even spoke about the possibility of leaving the German club in January. If the gunners did sign the striker he would be available to play in the Champions League because FC Köln weren’t in Europe this season.
